Start a conversation simply
The messages list brings together existing conversations and friends you can start one with. Recent exchanges rise naturally, while older messages load progressively as you move back through the thread.
Notifications from several messages in the same conversation are grouped to signal activity without multiplying alerts.
Reply to the right message
As a conversation grows, use Reply on a message to quote it above your text. The context stays visible in the thread, making it immediately clear which question, mentioned photo or story you are responding to.
Edit or delete what you sent
You can edit or delete your own messages after sending them. On mobile, a long press opens the available actions; on desktop, they are available from the message.
Messaging remains intentionally focused on text and conversations between friends, with the essential tools for talking clearly around your memories.
