Not every memory has the same shape. Some are about family, others about travel, friends, daily life, celebrations or personal milestones.
To give them a little more context, Reminiscio now adds an optional step: the memory theme.
A simple optional step
When creating a memory, you can choose from a short list of themes:
- Family
- Travel
- Friends
- Everyday
- Celebration
- Achievement
The choice is optional. If no theme fits, you can skip the step and publish your memory as before.
More context, without complexity
The goal is not to turn Reminiscio into a complex filing system. Themes mainly provide a quick visual cue.
On the timeline and in the friends feed, a small badge shows the selected theme. On a photo, it appears at the top of the image. On a text memory, it stays under the content so it does not take too much space.
A foundation for rediscovery
This first version lays the groundwork for a softer way to organize memories. Today, themes add visual context. Later, they can help filter, browse or revisit certain kinds of moments more easily.
As always, the idea is simple: memories first, tools around them second.
